Abstract

Perusahaan Sentral Unggas Bali merupakan salah satu perusahaan kemitraan yang bergerak di bidang peternakan ayam boiler. Perusahaan peternakan ayam boiler ini mengalami masalah terutama dibidang peritungan panen, SHU dan monitoring pemeliharaan dikarenakan data yang diminta harus cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Jarak peternak yang berada diseluruh pelosok Bali mengakibatkan pegawai perusahaan harus bekerja ekstra keras demi memenuhi laporan perusahaan yang harus di data serba cepat dan akurat. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah diatas maka didesain dan di implementasikan system baru guna memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan secara cepat dan akurat. System di desain menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan My SQL dan HTML,PHP dan Java Script. System yang dibuat meliputi proses registasi peternak baru, monitoring perkembangan ayam, pengiriman pakan, bibit, obat, panen, pembelian bibit, obat, pakan perusahaan dan pembuatan laporan stock masing-masing gudang perusahaan. System yang saya buat mudah-mudahan dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang di hadapi diatas, sehingga memudahkan bagi pihak perusahaan dalam implementasinya.

Abstract

Opportunity to development smart card -based application is quite large as the need forsmart card technology in various fields of both business and government agencies and BUMN.One brand that is widely used smart card is a smart card type from a vendor production NFCACR122U ACS (Advanced Card System Limited) because prices are relatively affordable, butfairly tough.At the Thesis is done, the ACS (Advanced Card System Limited) as a manufacturer ofsmart card vendor type ACR122U NFC only supports several programming languages fordevelopment, among other Borland Delphi 7, Java, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft VisualBasic.NET 2005, Microsoft .2005 Visual C #, Microsoft Visual C + + 6.0 Microsoft Visual C + +2005. And what about other programming languages?, It will certainly be an obstacle for smartcard application developers to develop applications based NFC smart cards 122U ACR,especially for developers who owned the programming language competence beyond theprogramming language that supported the current ACR NFC 122U. Constraints are primarilycompatibility as well as the development time will be relatively longer.For that application development interface between a PC with Smart Card is flexible,able to communicate the smart card, smart card reader with the application to be developed with various programming languages (multiprogramming) that differ will help ease in thedevelopment of other applications based on smart ACR card 122U.

Abstract

Babies are very susceptible to germs of disease, environmental factors and lack ofsensitivity to the symptoms of a disease, of course is a distinct fear for parents. Therefore madea convenience by utilizing technology in the form of knowledge-based system that uses a webbasedmedia.Knowledge-based system for health and infant care is a web-based system that presentssolutions to overcome the disease in infant health problems and also provide treatment for anydisease problems encountered. This system provides the facility to help users diagnose thedisease in identifying health problems being faced by the baby. This identification process isdone through question and answer interaction between the system with the user or user-input and the lawyer's disease symptoms. The system also provides facilities for managingknowledge is performed by the system administrators who called the Knowledge Engineer inmaking changes to data in the knowledge base. With this facility, the addition of knowledge,change the rules in the knowledge base and system development through the acquisition ofnew knowledge can be directly done without having to dismantle the system that is so. This willallow the system to keep up to date. Methods of tracing disease conclusion which is used onthis system is tracking trace forward (forward chaining). Rules in the knowledge base ismodeled as a tree by using the MySQL database and PHP programming language.The results of this knowledge-based inference system is diagnoses the illness of the baby. Ofthe system implemented, the conclusion that in general the system can run well. Neverthelessthere is still a lack of success of early diagnosis of disease and very dependent on administratorwith expertise in building a knowledge base.

Abstract

As we all know that in this era of globalization is the rapid advances in technology at all.Lots of research being done to encourage the emergence of new discoveries in the world oftechnology, especially information technology. As one of the event was or GeographicInformation System geographic information system (GIS). Land policy in one of the principle ofmanagement by the Head of National Land Agency (2007) which contribute significantly inincreasing order of life with a more equitable and dignified in relation to the control, pernilikan,use and utilization of land (P4T) (Strategic Plan of National Land Agency of the RepublicIndonesia 2007-2009).Problems that often occurs regarding control, ownership, use and utilization of an areaof land due to lack of land administration tertibnya. To realize the condition of orderly landadministration needed a big effort and long-term nature. Through the inventory data acquisition, possession, use and utilization of land that would be expected to land database issuesencountered will be overcome with good.

Abstract

Graphical Information System (GIS) is a widely used network modeling of real world into thebase map. Some of the issues modelled are highway network traffic, irrigation networks andpower grids ranging from substations to customers. The final results of this study will be used tosearch the shortest route for variety public purposes that are currently faced with the difficultiesof transportation such as highway congestion. The test results by using some different routesand comparison calculations have shown the right route compared with the conditions in thefield.

Abstract

The flow of water that flows in the river at an altitude of a certain level can be used to rotate turbinesthat can produce rotary energy. When this rotary we used to rotate a generator it will generateelectrical energy. Micro-hydro power plant generating electricity in a small capacity that could bebuilt in location depends on its environmental conditions and capable of generating electricity in alimited capacity. The problem arises is that the frequency resulting from micro-hydro plants can notbe stable at around 50 Hz, this will be very influential with the voltage drops due to the addition ofthe load. To stabilize the turbin at a certain round, so far only use the height of water level inside thetank as the input, so that the turbine is expected to generate a fixed rotation. This standard methodwill extremely unstable when there is an increase in load. To overcome this problem, the volume ofwater entering the turbine is adjusted by using the Application Control Neural Network (ANN) withfeedback from the output frequency of the generator. ANN will be able to produce output accordingto the learning process based on the weight of the input neurons of the frequency, rotation, and height level to be able to control the microcontroller to drive the water turbine governor, so that cankeep pace with the changing load on a stable frequency at 50 Hz and a voltage of 220 VA.
